Signal Yard: a new retail & social destination bringing everyday convenience to everybody

Signal Yard brings together everyday convenience in one easily accessible location along with climate-resistant planting to create a welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.

The much-loved Milton Post Office, providing access to postal and banking services along with Apollo Pharmacy, offering prescriptions, healthcare advice and a range of NHS and private pharmacy services, have relocated to brand-new, air-conditioned units in Signal Yard.

The development is also home to Bros Barbers, Damira Dental Studios and Flex Health Hub, bringing health, wellbeing and personal care together in one place.

Alongside these essential services, Signal Yard features an exciting mix of independent food, drink and retail businesses. Visitors can enjoy handcrafted burgers from 1885 Burgers, as well as fresh plant-based breakfasts, brunches and lunches at Planted Plates.

Coming soon is Day Release by Tap Social which will be an all-day community café, bakery and bar.

Importantly, Signal Yard has been designed with accessibility in mind, being easy to reach on foot, by bicycle, public transport or car. A new, dedicated Signal Yard car park with more than 100 spaces, including accessible parking, makes visiting simple and convenient.
As well as improving access to everyday amenities, Signal Yard is expected to deliver wider benefits for the local economy. New retail, hospitality and service businesses are creating local employment opportunities and supporting local suppliers.
