Notice is hereby given that Oxfordshire County Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has made a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order on 19/10/2026, asdetailed below:
Nature of Restriction: Road Closure
Location: Sutton Road, Milton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Reason: New water connection full road crossing being carried out by network plus.

Duration: Starting on 08/12/2026
The anticipated completion date is 12/12/2026 (inclusive)
(Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders have a maximum duration of 18 months for roads, or 6 months forother public rights of way.)
Access: Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for properties within the closed section of road where reasonably practicable.
Suggested Alternative Route: Diversion via Milton Road, High Street, Drayton Road, High Street andvice versa.
