Hobbyhorse Lane development site – reserved matters appliation P26/V1357/RM

We are aware that an application has been made for the discharge of 6 of the 27 conditions detailed on the Planning Decision notice issued by the planning inspector relating to the development of 175 homes on the Hobbyhorse Lane site.

The Parish Council has previously objected to this application and will be responding to the application on the Vale of the White Horse planning portal. The conditions the applicant is wishing to discharge are: condition 5 – relates to the submission an approval of a Biodiversity Enhancement Plan, condition 7 – relates to approval of a construction Traffic Management plan, condition 9 – approval of a suitable drainage scheme (for flooding), condition 13 – approval of an arboricultural method statement and tree protection plan and conditions 14 and 15 which details approval for housing mix and details of dwellings.
