Group Against Reservoir Development presentation
At the Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 4th March 2025 the Group Against Reservoir Development (GARD) gave a presentation highlighting their campaign against the construction of the Abingdon reservoir.

Sutton Courtenay Parish Council is mindful of the impact the proposed reservoir will have on residents. The Parish Council is particularly concerned with the potential for increased flooding issues as during times of high water levels the reservoir infrastructure would release excess water into the Thames upstream of the village.
